Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Teeress, we want you to love what you’ve ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy: You can return items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Send an email to support@teeress.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
• Receive Return Authorization: We will review your return request and, once approved, send you a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back to us.

3. Shipping Returns:

• Packaging: Ensure that the item is packed securely in its original packaging.
• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges: If your clothing item is defective or damaged, or if you need a different size, you can request an exchange. Follow the same procedure as for a return, and specify in your email that you would like to exchange the item. We will send you the replacement item as soon as we receive the original item.
